This is a duplex ground floor apartment. Living room with a
double sofabed. There are windows to the street, but this involves
opening some very heavy and large wooden shutters which we recommend
leaving in place. Downstairs WC with basin with to a staircase
leading to the mezanine area. Here there is a double bedroom
with closet. There is a separate bathroom with a small bathtub
and shower over, sink, WC and bidet. The staircase also leads
to a well equipped kitchen/dining area; please note that in
the kitchen there is a low wooden beam with a 1,60 metre clearance!
Suitable for max four guests.
This is a very good standard apartment located in a quiet,
pedestrian street just 100m from the Paseo de Colon; there
are cafes and restaurants close by, and it is a short walk
or bus ride to Barceloneta beaches.
The building has been totally refurbished and renovated in
2007.
There is also a communal roof terrace on top of the building
where you can enjoy your morning coffee looking over the roof
tops of the Barcelona city.
Important: Please contact reservations if you wish to book
more than one apartment in the building. A security deposit
will be required.
