This spacious apartment is located in a 1840’s building.
Very bright, with original mosaic floors, newly renovated and
tastefully furnished to make your stay in Barcelona enjoyable.
It has 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed and 2 with 2 beds each,
a large living room with a reading area, luminous dining room
and an additional room for ironing and laundry. Two bathrooms,
one with a bathtub and a brand new kitchen.
Excellent location in 3 zones:
Port Vell, close to the beach is an area that was renovated
1992 for the Olympic games.
Gothic quarter, where you can visit the Catedral, Ramblas,
Plaza Catalunya, Liceo theatre…
And the Born neighbourhood, one of the hippest areas in town,
which combines the bohemian atmosphere with lots of restaurants,
shops, clubs and bars. It’s also a great place to do
some shopping. Close to the Picasso Museum, Palau de la Música
Catalana and the Santa María del Mar church which is
the oldest in Barcelona.
