This neat refurbished apartment is situated in a block that is right on the beach at Castelldefels, a seaside town very close to Barcelona. It has three bedrooms, one double and one twin both with fitted wardrobes, and one single leading off from a fully fitted kitchen. The living room has a table and chairs, TV, DVD, and HiFi. Fully air conditioned living area and the two main bedrooms, and there is also gas fired central heating.

A lovely terrace gives a view of the beach and Castelldefels. The apartment comes with an assigned private parking space. From the apartment block you walk straight out onto the beach. This third floor apartment has stair access only.

There is a bus stop within 10m with buses that go to Barcelona every 20 mins. There are restaurants and bars close by and the main shopping area is a 150m stroll down the road.

Castelldefels is a town in the Baix Llobregat comarca. It is located just to the north of the massís del Garraf and is the last town on the coast before the comarca of Garraf. Nearby towns include Gavà, Viladecans, Sant Boi de Llobregat, Sitges and el Prat de Llobregat. The town is famous for its long beach.
