the city. Today we manage more than 60 apartments in the best
locations of Barcelona and have achieved the No 1. position

Service and dedication! We are a company that is driving hard
to provide first class,100 % service to our now more than 15.000
guests per year, and super high occupancy rates and very good
return rates to our apartment owners. We not only provide 12
h a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year customer service, but
also a night emergency service. We meet all incoming guests
directly at the apartments and spend a lot of time on the check
ins and have prepared detailed information ranging from local
maps to tour, restaurant and shopping guides. Most important
of all is that we care deeply for every guest who is entrusting
us with his holiday or business trip and we are here to help
with any possible (and impossible) problem.
What service do we offer to a participating property owner ?
We no longer offer simple listings on our site but only accept exclusive
listings of fine properties in the center of BCN, the apartments must be
well located and equipped and the owner must agree to our high standards
of customer service.
